Century 21 Citrus Realty form 1963 and into the 21st Century!!

We at CENTURY 21 Citrus Realty are always happy to be able to pass on the story of our very extraordinary history. We have come a long way and the journey has been interesting and exciting for all of us.

In 1963, doing business as Citrus Realty, brothers Gary and Wally Mitchell started a flourishing real estate practice on San Bernardino road, in what was then a family owned home in the heart of downtown Covina. The building was renovated for the expanding business. Gary and Wally, along with ten other hard working REALTORS®, happily served their community.

In 1972, the brothers had the foresight to see the potential of the newly createdCENTURY 21® Franchise system. Today CENTURY 21 Citrus Realty and Brokers Gary and Wally are the longest established original Brokers in the world wide organization.

Building on a trademark of personalized service, Gary and Wally, along with long time General Manager Dick McClelland, built a powerhouse real estate company that relocated to a 10,000 square foot building in the Via Verde area of San Dimas. Today, almost 40 years later, CENTURY 21 Citrus Realty employs 75 full time Realtors and a large staff to meet the needs of our growing clientele.
